Siamo vicinissimi alla stazione, 5 minuti a piedi. Con i binari alle spalle, uscite a destra e scendete le scale, di fronte a voi troverete il ristorante “Pastarito”. Girate a destra e percorrete tutta via Alamanni fino in fondo quando incontrrete un semaforo. , Svoltate a sinistra e troverete subito un negozio che vende accessori per moto di nome “Stavini”. Il portone in meyyo alle due grandi vetrine e’ il nostro, primo piano a destra suonare a “Il Giglio GuestHouse”. L’indirizzo esatto e’: Viale Fratelli Roselli 74

ARRIVING BY TRAIN:
Once arriving at Santa Maria Novella (SMN) Train Station, take the right exit, go downstairs and turn right. Walk for about 200 metres along Via Alamanni, keeping train station on your right. Once at the traffic lights turn left into Viale Fratelli Rosselli. On your left you will see a big store “STAVINI”. Next to the store there is the entrance of n°74. Ring the bell of “Il Giglio GuestHouse”.
ARRIVING BY CAR:
From the highway take the exit “FIRENZE NORD”. Follow directions for the Central Train Station, Santa Maria Novella (SMN). When you arrive at Piazzale di Porta al Prato, turn left into Viale Fratelli Roselli. In 200 metres, on your right, you’ll see a big store “STAVINI”. Next to the store there is the entrance of n°74. Ring the bell of “Il Giglio GuestHouse” and we will call together Paolo of the Garage to come and pick up your car.
ARRIVING BY PLANE:
From Pisa and Florence Airport: Catch the Airport Shuttle, which brings you to Central Train Station, Santa Maria Novella (SMN). Please see directions for ”Arriving by Train”.

This place was a really good find. The owners were extremely friendly and the place was very clean and located right next to the train station. good value for the money, definitely.
I stayed at "Il Giglio GuestHouse" for a couple of nights back in Sept08. Although there was a small hiccup in communicating the check-in time, the owners were so warm and friendly that we forgot all about it in an instant:) The place is really homely and spotless. They even provide a list to show you were to eat, what to see, where to do your laundry etc! Loved it!

This was a fantastic place to stay. Matteo and Mojca were welcoming, friendly and gave us heaps of information on what was good and not so good about Florence. Highly recommend staying here.
