I stayed at "Il Giglio GuestHouse" for a couple of nights back in Sept08. Although There Was a small hiccup in Communicating the check-in time, the owners were so warm and friendly That We forgot all about it in an instant:) The place is really homely and spotless. They even Provided for list to show You Were to eat, what to see, where to do your laundry, etc.! Loved it! 
This Was a fantastic place to stay. Matteo and Mojca Were welcoming, friendly and Gave us heaps of information on what was good and not so good about Florence. Highly recommend staying here.
