I stayed at "Il Giglio GuestHouse" for a couple of nights back in Sept08. Although there was a small hiccup in communicating the check-in time, the owners were so warm and friendly that we forgot all about it in an instant:) The place is really homely and spotless. They even provide a list to show you were to eat, what to see, where to do your laundry etc! Loved it!Rachel Chua

it's the first time i stay in a B&B which make my bed everyday^.^
they r so sweety, prepare map and mark the information where can eat? where can go? and everthing. Looking for me which i was asking about the tour for wine testing. even doing compere a lot of tour and find a good and cheep for me, i had great time in Florence in there some of the reasone is because of them^^
